Sounds good. Will this be a continuation/completion of the "Women's Club" story that you've posted some pages from in the past (the one with tommy-gun-wielding beauties raiding a club full of gloved gangster ladies), a continuation/completion of the one you posted in an earlier album (with the armed girl about to jump out of a cake in the middle of a big lady-gangster party) or will it be a different/new story? I'd never heard of it before, but I'll take a look. It does sound promising from what you said in your DS post.

I wanted to add my compliments on Album 05. Your artwork seems to improve literally with each new album; the women here are some of your loveliest yet, and the attention to detail in clothing and weaponry is exquisite. As you know, I'm working on my own Edwardian-era stories of lovely swordswomen and gunwomen, but my art is quite amateurish compared to yours.  Nonetheless, I keep trying! |

Great to hear you're doing more hussars GD. I know you've been concentrating on other stories, but the hussar pics are greatly missed, so looking forwar to those. Would really love to see a battle story from start to finish in one of your comics. |

Very good work, G.D. The Metropolis-themed story is one of your best mass swordfights to date. I'd like to see you continue with the 18th-century story you began earlier (the courtesans' assault on the castle) and also the Mata Hari-era one with the princess being kidnapped by the zeppelin raiders. |

Good work, Shockers. I agree, good gloved poses like that are hard to come across.
GD, I like the new site design - loads much faster for me; and it took longer than usual but I've ordered album #4.
Anyone know of movies or TV shows with gloved women being shot or stabbed (doesn't necessarily have to be opera-gloved)? Since it's so late/early in the morning for me, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Rosamund Pike's fight/death scene in the James Bond movie "Die Another Day". |
